Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.
If something doesn’t fit right or arrives with an issue, we’re here to help.

Our process is simple, clear, and supportive.


Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

  • The size doesn’t fit
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48hrs of delivery.

Exchange product will be deliver within 7 to 10 working days.


Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

✓ The product must be unused and unworn
✓ All tags must be attached
✓ The item must be in original packaging
✓ A proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

Items that show makeup stains, perfume smells, wash marks, or wear cannot be accepted.


Refunds Policy

We currently do not offer refunds on orders unless:

  • The product is out of stock after purchase
  • You received a damaged or incorrect item and no exchange is available

In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.


 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Go to the Returns & Exchange Request Form
  2. Enter your Order ID and Contact Number
  3. Select the reason for exchange
  4. Upload photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
  5. Submit the request

Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


Pickup & Exchange Process

Once your exchange is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled from your address
  • The product must be packed securely
  • After verification, your replacement will be dispatched

Note:
For hygiene and quality reasons, all returns go through QC before approval.


Exchange Shipping Cost

  • First exchange for size issues may include a nominal pickup/re-shipping fee
  • Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items are free of charge

Charges (if applicable) will be displayed before finalizing the request.


What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Customized or altered orders

Total process may take 3–7 working days.

If any refund approved by the company, it will take 7 working days to credit in your original bank account.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
