We reserve the right to update prices anytime without prior notice.
Online payment is required. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Order Acceptance

You will receive an order confirmation email/message.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, technical errors, or suspected fraud.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are mentioned on the Shipping Policy Page.

Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or remote locations are beyond our control.
Once shipped, tracking details will be provided.

6. Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, incorrect product, or damage on arrival.
Refunds are issued only in special cases as defined in the Returns & Exchange Policy Page.

Products must meet exchange conditions to be accepted.
